New Jersey Workers Have Something To Celebrate

Three major employers with a strong presence in the Garden State were named among the best places to work in the United States, earning spots on Forbes’ list of top large employers. It’s exciting news for New Jersey workers and a reminder that some of the nation’s best job opportunities are right here at home.

These Three Employers Made The National List

Leading the New Jersey companies on the list is Novo Nordisk in Plainsboro, which came in at #42. The company continues to stand out in the drugs and biotechnology field, a major industry that has long been part of New Jersey’s identity.

Also making an impressive showing is Merck & Co., with its well-known New Jersey roots in Rahway and Kenilworth. The company ranked #57, further proving that the pharmaceutical and biotech industries remain a huge part of what makes New Jersey a leader in innovation and employment.

Rounding out the list is PSEG in Newark, ranked #88 in the country. As one of the most recognizable utility companies in the state, it’s great to see a longtime New Jersey name recognized not just for what it provides residents, but also as a place where employees feel valued.
