The April Full Moon arrived at 7:12 this morning. Full Moons are a time to release pent up energy and make room for new opportunities!
Spring is also a time of renewal, so why not adopt some practices to start the season off with a clean slate? Here are 3 routines you can do to feel your best this Full Moon (and every Full Moon!)
1-Do some Spring Cleaning
You know that packed closet you can barely even open anymore? Get rid of all those old clothes you haven't worn in ages, and make room for some new items. Clean out your basement, your shed - get rid of any clutter that is driving you crazy. You'll feel better after.
2-Start a journal
I'm sure you've heard blaming erratic behavior or events on a Full Moon before. That's because when the moon is full, we feel lots of energy that can drive us crazy. Stay on top of your feelings and write them down.
3-Do something to treat yourself
It's easy to get caught up in the craziness of life, especially during the Full Moon. Make sure you are taking some time to treat yourself! Take a workout class, treat yourself to something new, visit a spa, spend some time with people who make you feel good. You deserve it!
