So there is a possibility of snow Sunday.....I know we have all heard that before right? But do you really want a big snowstorm? It sounds and looks nice, but the shoveling and driving etc. it is just a hassle lol In a perfect world give us a 1/4 inch. A quarter inch covers the grays of winter and everyone is happy? Look at last week, people up north had to deal with over two feet of snow.....does that sound fun lol

So now onto the bread. It’s become a parody but every time we have a snow storm coming everyone is off to the store for the bread. “Do we really need this much bread?” how did this tradition begin? was there a huge snowstorm and everyone forgot to get bread and they had to eat soup? Lol after that everyone remembers to get the bread do you have bread?

I thought since “bread” is our topic here I’d list some of my favorite “bread” dishes.

Grilled Cheese
French Toast
Peanut Butter and Jelly
Buttered Toast
Garlic Bread
Bagel with Cream Cheese
Will Rodgers (toasted bread with center removed and a fried egg in middle)
Stuffing

Conclusion: So now I guess with snow in the forecast I better get to the store today before Old Man Winter arrives and even if it doesn’t snow at least I can enjoy a grilled cheese and bowl of soup :) Stay with 92.7 WOBM for the latest weather and closings. Be safe and enjoy that bread
