Did a Ghostly Troublemaker Make This Girl Cry? [OC Paranormal]

The story on this one goes something like this - The little girl in the photo started crying because "the little boy was scaring her".

So what? Well, there wasn't a little boy present when the picture was taken.

Until you take a closer look. Take a look around knee level between the second and third woman. See it?

So what do you think, was there a ghostly troublemaker causing the toddler stress, or is it just a matter of seeing what we're told we should be seeing in shadows of the picture?
