Berkeley Township, Why So Much Construction on Veeder Lane

It's been going on for a while now and I just can't figure out what they're doing on Veeder Lane in Bayville.

I realize this is basically for the Berkeley Township residents, but construction all over the Shore this Summer is just crazy! This construction just happens to be in Bayville on Veeder lane just off of Ocean Gate Avenue.

I drive on Veeder everyday and everyday for the last two months they've been working on it, digging it up, adding pipes, then doing it all over again? I just don't understand why there's work going on for so long every day.

Does anyone know?
