At Home Store In Brick’s Laurel Square Moves Closer To Completion
It's been a full quarter of the year since I last updated you on the progress of work in Brick's Laurel Square shopping center on the upcoming At Home store. A lot has happened since then.
The last time I took photos and wrote the update, the building had a gaping hole in it the size of an airplane hangar. They were in full demolition mode.
But the demo on the former K-Mart has wrapped, and the blue & grey pitched roof of At Home has risen in its place.
I actually have to make a confession - I took this photo last weekend. I should have waited a few days because as I drove past this morning, the At Home signs have gone up on the side of the building facing Route 88.
They've still got a way to go and the At Home website still lists the location as "Coming Soon". The developer, Brixmor Property Group also hasn't mentioned it in a while, but it's clear that they're pushing forward with a purpose.
I'll keep an eye on it and let you know as it gets closer to cutting the grand opening ribbon!
