New Jersey may not be one of the biggest states in the country, but when it comes to food we definitely have an enormous variety of restaurants to rival any major metro.

The list includes such well renowned (and expensive) foodie destinations as The Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, The Saddle River Inn, and Elements in Princeton.

But along with the highbrow, white table cloth options, they also include such everyman favorites as Stuff Yer Face in New Brunswick, and a Jersey Shore favorite.

Representing Ocean County, Maruca's gets called out thusly:

I think what makes this even more special is the fact that you can get modern American food pretty much anywhere from California to New York. But if you want a real tomato pie, it's Jersey or bust!

A few more Shore eateries made the list too, including restaurants from Red Bank, Sea Girt, Stone Harbor, and Cape May.
