Police have two suspects in a huge ATM skimming scam that targeted customers at banks in Monmouth and Mercer counties. They used a skimmer attached to ATM machines to steal more than 70-thousand dollars over a period of six days in September.

Efforts continue to stop gang activity in the garden state, but progress is slow and difficult.
