14 Must See Photo’s if You Missed the First Night of Summer Fest in Brick, NJ
It was a blast last night (June 30th) at Bricks 2022 SummerFest Kick off!
Of course, Super Trans Am was kicking off the concert series, and they put on one heck of a show.
Before Super Trans Am took the stage, concert goers where able to stroll through Winward Beach Park and grab some food, beers, and shaved ice.
There was even a Street Corn truck. It was delicious.
Personally, I can't go to a Fest like this and not get a hot sausage sandwich complete with peppers and onions.
There must of been at least 1,100 people at the show last night, and to warm up the crowd I had the pleasure of hosting "Who can get me ____".
Basically, the first person to bring whatever we asked for (combs, napkins, guitar picks) to the 105.7 the Hawk tent won a prize.
It was a great way to get the crowd warmed up!
We also got to meet a bunch of folks while playing connect four and cornhole.
After Brick Mayor John Ducey made an appearance on stage, Super Trans Am took the stage.
These guys were the real deal too, with a set list that ranged from Kingdom Come, AC/DC, Kansas, and Deep Purple to Led Zeppelin, Bruce Springsteen and Looking Glass.
Be sure to check out this video of Super Trans Am's Lead Singer James working the crowd during Brandy
If you missed the show last night, you can catch the full lineup for SummerFest HERE on the Brick Township Website.
Entry to the shows is free, but be sure to bring cash for food and drinks.
This year, there are shuttles at several locations so parking will be a breeze!
