When I thought about the question of "what's the one thing you need to start your day?", I thought the answer would be pretty obvious - coffee, a muffin, cereal. But, when I had a little technical trouble this morning I realized that, for me, it's none of those things.

I couldn't get my iPhone to hook up to my sound system this morning, and as I made my breakfast, fed the dog, and got ready in the quiet of the AM, I realized that the one thing I really need is music.

Sure, caffeine helps, breakfast is important, but I just felt a little "off" without my music to start my day.
