How many times have you had an aggressive driver behind you on the Parkway? Someone who tailgates you so closely that you can clearly see their facial features. Someone who whizzes past you at a breakneck speed and throws up obscene gestures. And it seems like those people never get pulled over or any other kind of comeuppance.
