Toddler Falls from Second Floor Window in Lakewood

A 2-year-old boy suffered a head injury after falling from the window of a second story home on Tudor Court in Lakewood Saturday morning.

According to Lakewood Police Detective Sgt. Greg Staffordsmith, the child was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. The identity and condition of the boy were unavailable.

The incident appears to have been accidental, according to the Asbury Park Press. Police are investigating.
