The Return Of The Datsun

Do you remember the Datsun ?

So if you were driving in the 70's and 80's chances are you knew someone who owned a Datsun. Ask younger drivers today and they will have no idea what you are talking about.

It was 32 years ago today (1981) that Datsun changed its name to Nissan.... Ahhh now younger folks know what we are talking about. Datsun is Nissan!

Well this week the Datsun made a comeback! The car pictured is the new Datsun "Go" it will retail for about $7,000 ( American ) but don't get to excited its only being sold for now in India...Russia may see this new car as well.....The new Datsun is a 1200cc Front Wheel Drive Economy Car.

Probably the most famous Datsuns here in America were the 240z and 280z ... Later becoming the 280zx
