Here we go! After nearly 3,000 votes, it's time to unveil our 8 finalists in our poll of the best school spirit in Ocean County!

As we roll into the last few days of Round 1 of our contest to find out who has the best school spirit in Ocean County, now is the time to make sure that your school makes it to Round 2!

We asked you to show your school spirit and you haven't disappointed!

You may remember back in the spring when we ran Ocean County Mascot Madness, to choose the best high school mascot in the county. After 4 weeks and over 100,000 votes, you showed us that Ocean County takes their loyalties seriously!

It's almost time for the kick-off of the 2019 season here in Ocean County and everyone is ready for High School Football ! Who is your favorite team here in Ocean County? So spread the word and VOTE! And have a great school year ... ...

We've gotten more votes in three days for Round Three than for the whole week of voting for either of the first two rounds. As of this writing, we've gotten a stunning 15,532 votes! So where do we stand now that we're in the middle of the week? Let's take a look:
