Over the last few weeks an awful lot of people have been dousing themselves in ice water. The great part of "The Ice Bucket Challenge" is the fact that it has been going to a great cause. Since this whole thing started, The ALS Association has raised over $10 million.

As we make our way through October, we're focused on a hugely important cause - Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And there are a lot of fantastic causes out there. Here's your chance to give a shout out to your favorite charity.

Throughout the country, the American Cancer Society holds Relay for Life events every year. Barnegat High School is hosting their local relay this weekend, and it'll mean even more this year.
