Runyan Not Impressed With SOTU

Not everyone was impressed with President Barack Obama's State Of The Union speech.

3rd district Congressman Jon Runyan called it the usual rhetoric with little specifics about what he plans to do. Runyan suggests getting federal spending in order first and foremost. He says he looks forward to working with his colleagues in the House and Senate to help turn things around.
