“Typically, if there’s evidence on board, we will find a stowaway. This time we didn’t,” Wilks said.

The Homeland Security Department says officials examined 160 out of 2,000 containers. Crews from the Ville D’Aquarius will reseal all the searched containers and continue onto Norfolk, Virginia at 12noon on Friday.

The search began Wednesday after a Coast Guard inspection team heard knocking for about two hours.
