Monmouth County Sheriff Shaun Golden says Masta Pugh was sought for failure to appear for sentencing on charges of money laundering, conspiracy and distribution of drugs

Officers Randy Morgan and Sean O’Neill, acting on a tip, headed Thursday night to a house on Walnut Street in Neptune, say officials, and arrested Pugh after finding the crack cocaine on him.

Pugh was charted with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and possession with intent to distribute it. Officers say that Breanna Tuesday, who was in the house at the time, was also charged with possession and released on a summons.

Also involved in the bust were a K-9 unit, members of the U.S. Marshal's Task Force and the FBI.

Pugh is in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in Freehold. Two-thirds of the bail apply to the warrants counts. The other $300,000 applies to the new drug charges.
