Lakewood High School student gets knife past metal detector, report says

Lakewood police aren't sure how a student was able to sneak a knife into the High School, making it past metal detectors.

The 15-year-old is facing aggravated assault and weapons charges for allegedly threatening another student during lunch, according to The Lakewood Scoop.

The student was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
