Lacey H.S. Club Sells Prom Gowns for $20

The Lacey Township High School Interact Club is selling Prom Gowns, Graduation and Formal Dresses for just $20 and under this weekend and next.

Forked River resident Donna Setaro says 1,000 gorgeous, high quality, dresses and gowns were donated to the club by a shuttered boutique. She says "The gowns are absolutely beautiful. Somebody came in the first week and actually bought a Jessica McClintock Gown for $20, brought it home and looked it up on the internet and it was valued at about $400.

Setaro says all the proceeds will be going to charity benefiting the American Cancer Society, Clean Water Project, Scholarships, Local Families in Need and the Lacey Food Bank.

The new and gently worn items are being sold at 335 Route 9 across from the Lacey Shoprite Friday's from 3 to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 9th through the 11th and March 16th through the 19th.
