Last week I talked about how it feels weird to think that the holiday season is more or less upon us. And it definitely feels bizarre to a lot of us around here to think that Thanksgiving is only a week away.

Thanksgiving may be different for a lot of people this year. Of course a huge number of families have been displaced from their homes. Many still have homes but have lost much of what was inside. And, as trivial as it may seem to say, most of us have at least had to throw out possibly hundreds of dollars worth of previously good food because our power was out for so long.

So now, some are in temporary housing. Some are back home but are more focused on rebuilding, and others have had to spend a lot of money restocking necessities.

So has Sandy changed how you'll be celebrating Thanksgiving this year? Feel free to comment below and let us know how you've been impacted.
