Do We Need More Kids Parks Here In New Jersey?

Are there enough places for kids to play safely? Maybe you don't have a big yard or maybe there is a lot of traffic in your neighborhood, so you need a place to go that's perfect for the kids to play and play safely. A brand new park has been built in Southern Ocean County at Freedom Fields County Park in Little Egg Harbor. There had been a smaller "kids" park but now a larger and updated park has been built and it looks fantastic. Freedom Fields is a nice park run by Ocean County and this "kids" park is a great addition to the community. It's a perfect place for parents to take their children so they can play and do it safely. If you look at the design drawing (above) you can see this is a cool new park with lots to do for kids. The new park is handicapped accessible and has several different play stations for kids of various ages. The park features several slides and swings.

Freedom Fields is located on Route 539 in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey. The park also has a "doggy park" where residents can bring their dogs to let them run and play "unleashed" within the fenced-in park. Freedom Fields also has hiking trails and picnic areas. There are also restrooms for the public to use.
