Consent Agreement Signed By Judge In Tent City Case

The legal battle between Tent City and Lakewood Township could be ended with the signing of a consent agreement by Superior Court Judge Joseph Foster.

According to The Lakewood Scoop, Foster signed the agreement Saturday.

The consent agreement will allow Tent City residents to remain in their encampment until housing can be provided through the county and other government and private means.

Under the agreement, permanent housing and expansion within Tent City would be not allowed.
