Are You Eating Healthier ?
Vegetarianism encompasses the practice of following plant-based diets (fruits, vegetables, etc.), with or without the inclusion of dairy products or eggs, and with the exclusion of meat (red meat, poultry, and seafood).
So this weekend I enjoyed a “veggie burger” A nice change of pace. The “garden” burger, tomato, red & yellow pepper, cucumber ( yes! ) on wheat bread! Delicious and hopefully nutritious. Some research suggests less meat is a good thing and of course we all need our daily serving of vegtables….So I feel this is healthy approach, but I really LOVE veggie burgers! They are delicious and if you’ve never had you must try !
