Your Cure for the Stuffy Nose

I'm so congested today.

I actually bought a little thing that opens up my nostrils and I haven't used one of these since High School.  But I hope it works.

I usually do the "Ocean" spray but it didn't seem to work this time.  I also use steaming water over a stove, that seems to work, and I also heard if I put an onion in my bedroom, my sinuses will open up.

What do you do for a stuffy nose?  Please help!
