Most of us will never see an Olympic ski course from the point of view of an Olympian. But after watching this video, that is probably a good thing.

British journalist, and former Olympic skier Graham Bell took a handheld camera and gave us a firsthand view of what he describes as, "...one of the most testing Olympic downhill courses that I have ever skied". And by the way, can I just point out that he didn't even use a hands-free camera? So he even took the trip without ski poles for balance! Watch the terrifying journey for yourself:
