Where is the Worst Traffic on your Way Home from Work in Ocean County?

I had a dentist appointment in Brick yesterday until around 5:30 pm.  Right at that drive-time after work lets out in Ocean County.

I was on Hooper Avenue, and there was back to back traffic lined up at the traffic lights.

Where is the worst traffic on your commute home?  And not Summer, a normal March commute -   is it in Toms River, on the Parkway, Rt. 70, or maybe Rt. 9 in Lakewood.  Where is the worst traffic?
