Where Are the Longest Stop Lights in Toms River?
Is there anything worse than sitting at a light after a long day at work and it seems to never switch to green.

So, I was thinking when I was sitting at the intersection of Hooper and Rt. 37 when the light wouldn't turn green. I feel like I waited there forever. Especially when there's so much traffic after we get out of work. Or how about when we're trying to get to work and waiting for that "ONE" long light.
