What’s Your Favorite Local Ethnic Food? [Poll]

I love ethnic food. I love Italian, I love Indian, and I really love Mexican food. Of course there are the chain restaurants, some of which have very good food, but sometimes the very best food comes from the little "hole in the wall" locally owned places.

One of my favorite local ethnic restaurants is Mexico Lindo in Brick. It's one of those places that, if you're not looking for it, you'd probably miss it (it's right on the corner of Burnt Tavern Rd and Burrsville Rd/Lanes Mill Rd). It's a small place with probably only 6 or 8 tables and, let's call it "kitchy" decór (don't get me wrong, I don't mean that in a bad way. In fact I'd much rather a restaurant spend money on quality than on trying to make the place look fancy). The portions are big and reasonably priced, I always get at least two meals out of a burrito. So far my favorite has been their chicken burrito in a molé sauce.
