There are 19 days left in the decade - how crazy is that?

New Years Resolutions are always popular, but I think they'll be even more made this year since we are going into 2020. In the past, I've made resolutions, but I haven't had much luck with sticking to them. I'm hoping to change that for this year.

Here are my New Year's Resolutions for 2020:

  • Try to do some form of exercise at least twice a week
  • Stick to a daily journaling or meditation ritual
  • Try a new activity

I think it helps to have a mixture of health-based goals, and things for fun on your list. You'll have a better chance of sticking to your resolutions if they aren't so rigid. It's also important to keep your resolutions realistic.
