Congressman Tom MacArthur says the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act is a "Win" for the Garden State. In a recent Patch article, Congressman MacArthur cited a study by the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, which supports his view that the law will help the majority of New Jersey residents. Congressman MacArthur (3rd District) is the only member of New Jersey's congressional delegation to vote for the bill, which was  signed into law by President Donald Trump last week.
