Two Lakewood men face sexual assault and child endangerment charges for allegedly engaging in sex with a teenager. The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office said that 23-year-old Luis Menes Pastrana and 22-year-old Juan Carlos-Rosas were arrested Sunday, July 20 and Monday, July 21, after a 15-year-old female victim identified them.

During an investigation by the Lakewood Police Department and the Prosecutor's Special Victims Unit, it was learned that the men allegedly sexually assaulted the teen in the early morning hours of July 20, 2014. The victim told investigators that she attended a party with Pastrana and Chavez-Rosas and was allegedly supplied with alcohol. The teen said she was taken to a residence after the party and given more alcohol and was allegedly assaulted by both men.

Pastrana was taken into custody on Sunday, July 20, and placed in the Ocean County Jail on Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child charges. His bail is $250,000 with no 10% option. He's also subject to Nicole's Law and a no victim contact order was implemented.

Chavez-Rosas was arrested on Monday, July 21, and placed in the Ocean County Jail, on Criminal Sexual Contact, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Providing Alcohol to a Minor charges. His bail is set at $70,000 with no 10% option. He's also subject to Nicole's law and can have no contact with the victim.
