TR Man Charged with Possession of Child Porn Arrested

A Toms River man is taken into custody this morning on Child Pornography Possession charges. 28-year-old Andrew Bann was rounded up by members of the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office High Tech Crimes Unit and the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force as part of the execution of a warrant at his Tuyahove Street residence.

The Prosecutor's Office said Bann was taken into custody on a failure to appear warrant out of Hudson County. He was also the target of a child pornographer referral from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Bann is in the Ocean County Jail on $25,000 bail.
