An armed hold-up in downtown Toms River Sunday night has police seeking four teenage suspects. 


It reportedly happened shortly after 7 p.m. near West Water and Iron Streets, according to The Lakewood Scoop.

Authorities said the suspects fled after allegedly taking money and other items from two other males. No one was injured.

Police described the suspects as a white male about 16 to 17 years-old with long blonde hair, a black male approximately 14 years-old with a white shirt and white and black shorts, a white male (armed suspect) with long black curly hair, a red hat, jeans, Jordan sneakers and a back pack and a black male ages 16-17, with a red had and no shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
