Toms River home search ends in heroin arrest
A probe of heroin distribution in Toms River, which stretched from April into May, results in the arrest of a township 22-year-old on possession-related counts.
Lascell Campbell was charged following a May 4 search of his Oakhill Drive residence. Police said the township Special Enforcement Team found 190 wax folds of heroin and more than $8,000 cash.
Campbell was released on bail to await arraignment on charges of possession, and possession with intent to distribute.
