Toms River Gets One Step Closer To A Downtown Distillery
If you're a regular at Capone's Pizzeria on Washington Street in Toms River, you may have noticed some work happening inside over the last few weeks.
Today, I went around the corner to grab a slice for lunch like I have done plenty of times.

When you walk in from Washington Street, there's now a new foyer with Capone's to the left and a new doorway to the right that just got lettered:
Garden State Distillery will be the new tenant at 13 Washington Street.

Here's what Garden State Distillery has to say about themselves:
We are a local distillery using locally grown ingredients. We source locally and produce a high quality spirit and blend with some of the greatest spirits from around the nation to produce a truly one of a kind spirit.
