According to township police, Nicole Caporelle, 24, was charged during a Wednesday afternoon road stop on Interstate 195. Police say they acted on a tip that Caporelle had driven to Trenton to buy narcotics.

Detectives say they found 1,000 decks of heroin in Caporelle's 2008 Chevy. She was charged with heroin possession, intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caporelle was released after posting bond for $50,000 bail. Her car was impounded and is being held during forfeiture proceedings.

Police say the investigation led to a home on Anderson Road, where they uncovered more heroin along with marijuana, Suboxone, various other pills and drug-related items.

George Hruszczak, 61, of Jackson, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia. Ryan D. Oliver, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of heroin, marijuana, hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia. Both were released on summonses to await court dates.
