This is NJ’s Favorite Ice Cream Flavor According to Twitter

I scream, you scream, we all scream for Ice Cream, but is NJ screaming for this particular flavor?

My co-worker and an all-around good guy, Matt Ryan from our sister station, 94.3 the Point shared that Twitter has been analyzing our tweets and found out what they think New Jersey's favorite Ice Cream flavor is. According to this handy dandy photo map that Matt Ryan shared from Twitter, Mint Chocolate Chip is New Jersey's favorite ice cream flavor. Do you agree?

Here's what I found interesting - there were only 5 favorite flavors across the country: mint chocolate chip, strawberry, brownie, cookie dough, and coffee. If you were confused about why vanilla and chocolate did not make the list like I was, the photo explains that they were looking at unique flavors other than those two. I would still be curious to find out where they rank!

Also, if I had to choose my personal favorite flavor from this list, it would not be mint chocolate chip - it would be coffee. I also find it interesting that NJ was one of three states that chose mint chocolate chip, with the others being Maine and Delaware.
