Thief made off with $10,000 worth of construction equipment in Forked River
FORKED RIVER – Officers from the Lacey Township Police Department responded to police headquarters to take a report of a theft on Wednesday, February 20th.
The complainant told police that thieves made away with his 2004 Pace “Summit” enclosed black trailer from his residence on Deerhead Lake Drive in Forked River.
The trailer was believed to be stolen during the early morning hours on Monday, Febuary 18th between 2:00 a.m. on February 18th and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19th.
According to the complainant, the trailer had $10,000 worth of construction equipment inside of it, while the trailer itself was valued at $5,000.
