One thing I love when it comes to brownies is the corner pieces. I love the edge cuts when it comes to brownies. They are more crispy and well done, I'm weird I prefer a dryer brownie to one that is moist.

Another thing I prefer when it comes to brownies is if they are warm, put ice cream on them and it must be vanilla. Only vanilla ice cream on a chocolate brownie.
