This Monmouth County Town Was Just Named “Most Peaceful” In New Jersey

What does it mean to feel peaceful? To me, peaceful is that feeling when everything seems to slow down, and you can finally take a breath. It’s being comfortable with where you are and not feeling like you have to rush, worry, or deal with a bunch of noise around you.

Sometimes peaceful can be sitting outside with a cup of coffee, taking a walk, listening to your favorite music, or just enjoying some quiet time. It doesn’t have to be anything big or fancy.

Sometimes, the most peaceful moments are the simple ones when your mind is calm, and you can just enjoy the moment.

What Is The Most Peaceful Town In New Jersey?

According to a recent report from app.com, thetravel.com selected one Monmouth County town as the "most peaceful" in the Garden State.

"The digital travel publication sourced TripAdvisor to determine which places offer visitors a place that transports them to a meditative state and offer more than just stunning scenery."

According to the report, "Situated on the Navesink River, Red Bank was named the Garden State's Most Peaceful Place.  Red Bank offers fine arts and galleries, world-class shopping, gourmet and casual dining, performing arts and the finest lodging, according to redbank.org."

Whenever I have visited Red Bank, it has been an enjoyable time. I don't know about you, but I want to be in "peaceful" places. Who wants to be in places that are not peaceful? Where you have to look over your shoulder at every move? That's no way to live.

I think we need more places like Red Bank. Peaceful towns where residents can enjoy themselves and not fear being out and about.
