Terror Attacks

Regarded as a hero for killing terrorist and Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden on May 2, 2011, former Navy Seal Robert O'Neill spent the weekend before the 9/11 anniversary in Ocean County for a library program.

It is the 17th anniversary of the terror attacks on America. September 11th, 2001 nearly 3,000 Americans lost their lives and Tuesday there will be numerous ceremonies around New Jersey.

Thoughts and prayers continue to pour in for the people of Orlando. My first thought was for my daughter, who is currently in college in Orlando.  Was she home? Was she safe? Get her on the phone! As efforts to clamp down on ISIS continue following the terror attacks in Paris, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is maintaining an elevated state of alert, which means there is a significant risk of a terror attack somewhere in America.
