Poconos

What is it about Clifton and hot dogs? This is another longtime staple of Bergen County. They built this joint on the Texas Weiner. They deep fry the hot dog, place it in a bun, and then top it with mustard, and onions.

Have your camera ready. You're going to take a ton of pictures.

With school years wrapping up this week in Ocean County, a lot of kids will be heading off to spend their Summers with nature at a Summer camp.

So what did I do during my week in the middle of the woods in the Poconos? I hiked, I fished, I sat by the campfire. And I pretty much just relaxed. But I also took a lot of pictures. Have a look:
