After my Bar Anticipation broadcast, I started walking towards Main St. in Belmar. I was on a mission to find a cheesesteak shop that all my friends were once raving about during a night out. Were my friends intoxicated when they had these cheesesteaks? Yes... but like they say, "The truth comes out when you are drunk."

My best friend and I like to think that we are professional surfers. We still have our day jobs so clearly we aren't that good at surfing...However, we recently bought a pretty legit waterproof phone case and we have been taking really sweet pictures! These are all FREE pictures and you can definitely screenshot them to use as a wallpaper on your phone.

Is it me or is building a sandcastle one of the hardest things to do? I've been going to the beach since I was in diapers and I still have no idea how to properly build a sandcastle. To be honest... I might never have the skill and patience to pull it off. Keep in mind, this is coming from someone who can barely draw a stick figure!

It's safe to say that I'm not the sexiest person in the world. I'm no Leonardo DiCaprio, girls don't throw themselves at me so I was baffled to hear what was shouted at me on Belmar Beach. It was one of the greatest backhanded compliments I ever received.

I love a Farmers Market and every time I hear about a new one I want to share the info with you! I spend a lot of time in Belmar so I was so happy when they announced their new weekly farmers market!

Am I too old to be partying at D'Jais? That's the question I have been asking myself for the last 48 hours. Before I even start, please don't think I am a creepy 75-year-old man trying to dance with a bunch of kids in their 20's. I'm not that old haha! I am 27, which is the perfect age to start questioning if you are too old to be partying at D'Jais.

In March, I posted a piece that was titled "The Future! The Next Big Jersey Shore Food Chain Is From Belmar". The feedback was tremendous and many people agreed that Hoagitos could easily be the next big food chain to come out of the Jersey Shore. With only one location in the Belmar Plaza, at the time my opinion might have been far-fetched but with the recent news of Hoagitos adding a new location, my random thought could become a reality.

Once someone posts an opinion on Facebook, for the most part, all hell breaks loose. Think about it, every day you come across a Facebook argument, whether it's related to politics, sports, music, or food. Arguing and fighting on Facebook is not healthy for the average human being... but I'm not going to lie, sometimes I think it's hysterical. For example, I am a Facebook member of Jersey Sandwich Joints, which is a ten thousand person group. It's a cool Facebook group because you are able to learn about tasty New Jersey sandwich shops. However, every day hundreds of people argue about the difference between Pork Roll & Taylor Ham. It's a mix of pride and stupidity.
