Gregory J. Reynolds, Jr.'s arrest Monday in a parking lot on Route 35 at 18th Avenue ended a four-month probe, according to information from the office of Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Grammiccioni.

Investigators said that Reynolds had more than 50 bags of heroin and other drugs in the car at the time of the arrest. A subsequent warrant search of his dwelling yielded cocaine, marijuana, prescription medicines and molly, investigators said.

Reynolds was placed in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution with bail set at $160,000 by Superior Court Judge Honora O'Brian Kilgallen, authorities said.
