Stingray Sighting Forces Evacuation in Loch Harbor

Swimmers were evacuated from Loch Harbor's beach Wednesday afternoon following stingray invasion. Reports say, about 15 to 30 stingrays entered the shallow water near the beach forcing lifeguards to close the beach at 4:30 for the rest of the day. A similar incident occurred Tuesday in Spring Lake.
