St. Francis Community Center holds their 16th annual Super “Plunge” Sunday at the 48th Avenue beach in Brant Beach on LBI starting at 1 p.m.

April took part in the plunge last year and it was a fun way to start your "Big Game" activities and it is for a good cause. Maybe a "bucket list" event for you?

The plunge will benefit the St. Francis Community Center & Southern Regional High School swim teams.
