Six Flags Great Adventure shared in a press release that Nadya, a Siberian Tiger gave birth to two rare Siberian cubs named Heather and Julie on April 25th. They join their sister named Carli who was born in 2019. The tiger cubs were all named after members of the US Women's National Soccer Team (Heather Mitts Feeley, Julie Ertz, and Carli Lloyd).

The theme park also explained that Heather, Julie, and Carli have an interesting family tree because their "Aunt" is a lion named Zuri, who was raised in a pack with their Mom Nadya. I had no idea that different wild animals could be raised together! Six Flags stated: "The unusual pairing -- native to different continents -- was hand-raised by the safari’s animal care team, and began a family tree built more on love than DNA." How cute is that?

Six Flags says you can visit the happy family in the Tigris Asiana section of the Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure - but, don't forget to make a reservation first! You can find out how to do that, and how to make a reservation for the theme park (separate reservations are needed for both) by clicking here. You can learn more about Six Flags Great Adventure's safari animals at home by streaming their audio safari on their website.
