Relay For Life in Ocean and Monmouth Counties

This weekend there are several "Relay For Life" events with the American Cancer Society here in Ocean and Monmouth Counties.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. These events bring communities together to remember loved ones lost, honor survivors of all cancers and raise funds to help the ACS make a global impact on cancer. Team members take turns walking around a track or designated path. Each event is 6-24 hours in length and each team is asked to have a member on the track at all times to signify that cancer never sleeps.

Friday 5/18: Wall Township- Wall High School
Saturday 5/19: Matawan - Matawan Regional High School
Saturday 5/19: Two Rivers – Red Bank Regional High School
Saturday 5/19: Southern Ocean County - Southern Regional High School, Manahawkin
