The grassroots coalition of groups says it will protest outside federal courthouses in major cities today to mark the second anniversary of the Citizens United v. FEC ruling.

The group, which calls itself Move to Amend, says the protest will kick off petition drives to gain support for a constitutional amendment that would "ban corporate personhood." It says more than 150,000 people have already signed the "Petition to Amend."

Activists affiliated with Occupy Wall Street are joining the protest.
